Roasting
Lazy Sunday is light roast that is easy on the palate. It softens and transforms into warm to your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa adds citrus notes to balance. The result is a coffee which can be enjoyed by itself or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges very well.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boil water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brew. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee as this can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in your cup.
